Like every Friday today’s the guardian does not have an arts section therefore I am having a look at the film and music supplement instead.

The first two articles are about a both men and women.

The next article is about Erol Alkan and Richard Norris whose band Beyond the Wizard’s Sleeve has just released a new album. (34 cm long)

After that comes an article with the film historian Law Kar. (33 cm long)

Walking on water is the title of the article about actor Melissa Leo who stars in Frozen River. (68 cm long)

The next article is about the hip-hop star T1. (72 cm long)

Simon Louvish writes about Charlie Chaplin on page eight. He has also written the book Chaplin, the Tramp’s Odyssey. (79 cm long)

The next article is about saxophonist Gilad Atzmon. (62 cm long)

Nicholas Kenyon, who is the managing director of the Barbican Centre in London, writes about Handel’s operas on page 13. (65 cm long)
